Sooo Pretty's mission is to teach and train women in defining and enhancing their inward and outward appearance to create a lifestyle that projects their best image.
Vision
Become the premiere image and fashion consulting firm that provides women with the skills to live a lifestyle that produce their best appearance both physically and socially.
Sooo Pretty Consulting specializes in advising clients in imaging and fashion techniques. This will be done through group seminars and trainings as well as individual personal consultations. Our focus will be on women and young girls who are looking or have a need to enhance their social and physical appearance.
Sooo Pretty Consulting is an LLC that was created March of 2010 by Tamika Bowman.
Presently the company is located in Newark, New Jersey.
About the owner:
Tamika Bowman is the founder of Sooo Pretty Consulting and the Sooo Pretty Girls Camp. She was born and raised in Newark, NJ where she graduated from High School and received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Rutgers University. Her career includes working for some of the largest financial service firms on Wall Street. She has always had a heart and passion to give back and volunteer within her community. It was during the economic down turn of the financial services industry that she began to realize that her career of giving advice to wealthy firms was no longer fulfilling. She sought to put into fruition her dreams of mentoring young girls in creating and defining their self image and enhancing their self esteem.
Her first action was the start of the Sooo Pretty Girls Camp during the summer of 2010. Since then, Tamika has launched Sooo Pretty Consulting and the Sooo Pretty Girls camp which takes place two weeks out of the summer. In addition she has begun a mentoring program for elementary girls at North Star Academy in Newark, NJ.
Tamika currently resides in Newark, NJ and serves as a Board Trustee on the New Jersey Education Foundation Partnership’s Board of Directors and is a former Board Member of the Sierra House Inc.
Tamika is currently pursuing her certification in Image Consulting from Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, NY which will be completed in 2012.

As an image consultant firm our job is to educate our clients on the importance of image and perception and how it affects every aspect of their lives. We provide women with a resource to learn and understand how to define and project a positive image that can have lasting affects both socially and professionally. Targeted group trainings and seminars is essential in providing information on a larger scale.
On an individual basis, our goal is to obtain a basic understanding of a clients' background, social and professional status, as well as their goals to create and project their best image. The personal needs of our clients are performed with an emphasis on individual style and desired outcomes.
From a fashion perspective, we create and enhance our client's look though Wardrobe and Closet analysis, Personal shopping, Hair styling and Make-up application techniques. Sooo Pretty will build a network of highly professional people who specialize in designing and creating desired looks for our clients. Our alliances include clothing and accessory boutiques that offer unique and high quality choices. Our network of hair and makeup stylists work with each client's individual needs and style accordingly.
